Refund and Returns Policy

At Prime Source Pallets, we are committed to providing quality wholesale liquidation pallets and a transparent buying experience. Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.


ALL SALES POLICY

All liquidation pallet sales are final.

Liquidation pallets may include customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, or untested items. Because of this, we do not guarantee the condition, functionality, or completeness of individual items within each pallet.

By purchasing from Prime Source Pallets, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with buying liquidation merchandise.


REFUNDS

We only offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The wrong pallet was delivered
  • The order was not delivered due to our error
  • The product received significantly differs from the listing description

👉 If any of these apply, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor damages or missing items
  • Unmanifested or mixed pallets
  • Incorrect expectations of product condition

All pallets are sold as-is.


RETURNS

Due to the bulk and logistical nature of pallet shipping, we do not accept returns unless the order is incorrect or damaged beyond reasonable expectations.

If a return is approved:

  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs
  • The pallet must be returned in its original condition

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


SHIPPING ISSUES

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Take clear photos immediately
  2. Contact us within 48 hours
  3. Provide your order details

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
